What Services Does Your Company Offer?

Our cleaning company offers a variety of services, such as; Professional Oven, Carpet and Gutter Cleaning. We also offer Commercial Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Move-In/Move-Out cleaning and After Builder's Cleans. We do not offer domestic weekly or bi-weekly cleaning services.

What Areas Do You Cover?

For our all of our services apart from commercial daily, weekly cleaning we cover Essex and some parts of London. For daily, weekly commercial cleaning, we cover Southend-On-Sea, Leigh-On-Sea, Westcliff-On-Sea, Rayleigh, Hockley, Shoeburyness, Great Wakering, Hullbridge and Rochford and some surrounding areas.

What Are Your Rates?

Our rates vary depending on the type of service you require. However, we offer competitive rates.

What Are Your Hours Of Operation?

Our Cleaning Company Is Open Monday - Friday, 09:00 AM - 18:00 PM.

Do You Offer Any Discounts?

Yes, we offer a £10 Discount on your next Oven or Carpet Clean, if you leave us a review. We also offer a £10 off of your next Oven or Carpet Clean, if you refer us to a friend or family member. AEP also offer our commercial clients 10% off any oven, carpet or gutter cleaning services for their premises.

Are You Fully Insured?

Yes, our cleaning company is fully insured in case of any damages or accidents that potentially may occur during our services.

What Quality Control Do You Offer?

We carry out rigorous bi-weekly inspections by AEP's Manager, which also gives you a chance to speak to us in person, if they wish. Each commercial premises also has a site specific folder, which includes Client/ Cleaner Notes Section where you can leave a note for our cleaner, every clean sign off sheets, alternative weekly sign off sheets, risk assessments, COSHH assessments and Data Sheets, AEP's Health and Safety Policy, Method Statement, accident forms and also a site inspection sheet which AEP's Manager completes on their inspections.

Do You Provide A Satisfaction Guarantee?

In the unlikely event, you are not satisfied with our work, we will come back and rectify the issue for free. We need to be notified of the issue on the day of the clean and must be within our scope of work.

Are Your Cleaners Vetted?

We understand the importance of ensuring the security of your business, so AEP's Employee's have to have a DBS Check carried out and we also require documents such as their Driving License, Passport etc and Proof of Address as well as other documents.

What Happens If Something Gets Broken?

First of all, we are incredibly careful and treat your possessions with the utmost care and we are also fully insured. In the highly unlikely event that your item is damaged or broken, then we would speak to you immediately. If there are any items which hold sentimental value, are irreplaceable or delicate, then we kindly ask, for any one off services, the item(s) is moved out of the areas we would be working in before we attend.

Do You Offer Domestic Weekly/ Bi-Weekly Cleaning Services?

No, we do not offer domestic weekly/bi-weekly cleaning services. We only offer this service to Commercial Premises.

Do You Wear Uniform?

Yes, our cleaners wear AEP uniform.

Do You Supply All The Cleaning Products & Equipment?

Yes, we will provide all of the necessary cleaning supplies and PAT tested equipment. We use colour coded cloths, mop heads and mop buckets, so you can be assured there is no cross contamination.

Do Your Cleaners Wear Outside Shoes Inside?

Our cleaners wear cover shoes, over the top of their shoes which are changed for every job.

Do You Offer Exterior Window Cleaning?

We do not offer exterior window cleaning services, we only clean the interior of windows, we do not offer interior window cleaning as a separate service.

What Is Your Hourly Charge For One Off Cleans?

For one off cleans on an hourly rate we charge £25.00 per hour, per cleaner.

What Is Your Cancellation Policy?

We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for all cancellations. If you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, you will be charged a fee.

How Do I Pay?

For any oven, carpet, upholstery, gutter, end of tenancy/ pre-move in or deep cleaning services, it is payment upon completion which can be paid by cash, card (5% fee), over the phone (5% fee) or Bank Transfer (BACS). We do not accept cheque payments. For commercial clients we offer monthly payments, our client will receive an invoice each month a week before the due date and it needs to be settled by the 20th of each month.
