Whether you're a tenant looking to get your deposit back, a landlord preparing a property for the next tenant, or someone moving into a new space, our expert cleaning team ensures your property is spotless and ready for its next chapter.
What’s Included in Our Move In/Out Cleaning Service:
- Thorough vacuuming of all floors and mopping of all hard floors
- Professional oven and carpet cleaning available at an additional charge
- Every surface in the bathroom, including tiles, sinks, toilets, cabinets, and mirrors, will be scrubbed and disinfected
- We thoroughly clean all rooms, focusing on areas that may have been overlooked, such as skirting boards, tops of doors, light fittings, and internal windows
- We clean countertops, sinks, cabinets, and appliances left in the property (Fridge/Freezer - will need to be defrosted at least 24 hours before the clean, Washing Machine, etc.)

Have Any Questions
How long will the end of tenancy cleaning take?
The time required depends on the size and condition of the property, we offer a set price option where are cleaners are there for the day or we offer an hourly rate option, which is charged at £25 per hour, per cleaner. We require a priority list for this option.
Can you include professional oven and/ or carpet cleaning as part of the end of tenancy clean?
Yes, professional oven and/or carpet cleaning can be added to the service for an additional fee.
Do you provide the cleaning materials and equipment?
Yes, our team brings all necessary equipment and cleaning supplies, including pat tested equipment and colour coded cloths so you can be assured there is no cross contamination.
What happens if my landlord or letting agent is not satisfied with the cleaning?
If your landlord or letting agent has any concerns, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will arrange a re-clean of the problematic areas at no additional cost, provided the feedback falls within the agreed scope of work.
What is your cancellation policy for end of tenancy cleaning?
We kindly request that you notify us of any cancellations at least 48 hours in advance. If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. Similarly, if you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged a 100% cancellation fee.
