All removable parts, such as stainless steel racks, are treated in our van-mounted chemical tank, helping to restore your oven to its best possible condition.

- Deep cleaning of all oven parts, including racks and interior surfaces
- Removal of stubborn grease and grime from oven doors, glass, and oven sides
- Optional hob, extractor fan, and tray(s) cleaning for a complete oven refresh
- Careful reassembly of all removable parts
Please Note: Due to insurance requirements, our team does not remove Neff Slide & Hide oven doors. These doors have unique fixtures that can be tricky to reattach, and removing them could affect their function. Our cleaning specialists will still thoroughly clean around and inside the door to ensure the best results possible without door removal.

How long does an oven clean take?
The cleaning process typically takes between 2 to 5 hours, depending on the size and condition of the oven. Our oven cleaners work efficiently to ensure a thorough clean without taking up too much of your time.
Can you clean all types of ovens, including ranges and AGAs?
Yes, we clean all types of ovens, including standard single and double ovens, as well as more complex appliances like ranges, AGAs, we clean hobs and extractor hoods. (Kindly note- we do not remove the neff slide and hide oven doors).
How often should I have my oven professionally cleaned?
We recommend having your oven professionally cleaned every 8 to 12 months, depending on how frequently you use it. Regular cleaning helps maintain efficiency and prevents the build-up of grease and grime.
Do I need to do anything before the cleaning?
There’s no need to prepare the oven before our arrival. However, we recommend clearing the area around the oven to provide easy access for our technicians
What is your cancellation policy for oven cleaning?
We kindly request that you notify us of any cancellations at least 48 hours in advance. If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. Similarly, if you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged a 100% cancellation fee.
