After any building or renovation work, dust and debris can settle in places you wouldn't expect, leaving your property looking anything but finished. AEP Cleaning Services offers after builders cleaning to ensure your newly renovated or built space is thoroughly cleaned and ready to use. We handle the mess left behind by builders, including fine dust, dirt, and other residues, leaving your property looking great and ready to enjoy. Our team of experienced cleaners remove construction dust and grime, giving your home or business that final polish it deserves.
What's Included in Our After Builders Cleaning Service:
- Internal windows will be cleaned, leaving them streak-free
- Whether your floors are carpet, tile, or wood, we will thoroughly vacuum and mop any hard floors
- Ensuring appliances, sinks, countertops, and tiles are free from any remaining building residue.
- We clean from high to low, covering all surfaces right down to the skirting boards to remove fine dust and construction debris.
- Any small leftover debris from the construction process will be cleared. Please note, this does not include excessive or large debris.
Please Note: Due to the nature of building work, fine dust can sometimes resettle even after a thorough clean. While we do our best to remove all traces of dust, it is possible that additional cleaning may be required as dust continues to settle over the following days.

- Clear access to all rooms and areas requiring cleaning
- Parking as close to the property as possible for one vehicle
- The property should be free of any large construction waste
- Surfaces and areas should be fully dry if recently installed or grouted
- Access to running cold/hot water and electricity for our cleaning equipment

How soon can you clean after building work is completed?
We recommend waiting until all construction work is finished to ensure the best results.
Do you remove builders' waste?
Our service does not include the removal of large builders' waste, but we can clear small debris
Will paint splashes and adhesive residue be removed during the cleaning?
Yes, we include the removal of paint splashes, adhesive residue, and other common construction debris as part of our after builders cleaning service. However, extremely stubborn or large amounts of residue may require additional time or may not be able to be removed.
What is your cancellation policy for after builders cleaning?
We kindly request that you notify us of any cancellations at least 48 hours in advance. If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. Similarly, if you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged a 100% cancellation fee.
