Drying times vary depending on the type of carpet, but typically it takes a few hours, our machine does extract most of the excess water.
Will carpet cleaning remove all stains?
While we aim to remove as many stains as possible, some deep or old stains may be permanent.
Is your carpet cleaning safe for pets and children?
Yes, we use non-toxic products that are safe for pets and children.
How often should I have my carpets professionally cleaned?
For best results, we recommend professional cleaning at least once a year or more frequently for high-traffic areas.
What is your cancellation policy for carpet cleaning?
We kindly request that you notify us of any cancellations at least 48 hours in advance. If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. Similarly, if you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged a 100% cancellation fee.
