Do you carry out a site inspection before cleaning new commercial premises?
Yes, we offer an initial site inspection to assess your cleaning needs and ensure we tailor our services to your premises.
Is there a minimum time frame for daily or weekly cleaning services?
Yes, we require a minimum of 2 hours per visit for our commercial cleaning services.
How do I pay for the cleaning services?
We offer monthly invoicing, we require it to be paid by the 20th of each month. You can pay via bank transfer, and all details will be provided in your invoice.
What is your cancellation policy, and what happens if we close our premises for holidays or bank holidays?
We require 48 hours' notice for cancellations to avoid any charges. If your premises will be closed for holidays or bank holidays, please inform us in advance, and we can adjust our cleaning schedule accordingly, these days you will not be charged for.
