Our cleaning company offers a variety of services, such as; Professional Oven, Carpet and Gutter Cleaning. We also offer Commercial Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Move-In/Move-Out cleaning and After Builder's Cleans. We do not offer domestic weekly or bi-weekly cleaning services.

For our all of our services apart from commercial daily, weekly cleaning we cover Essex and some parts of London. For daily, weekly commercial cleaning, we cover Southend-On-Sea, Leigh-On-Sea, Westcliff-On-Sea, Rayleigh, Hockley, Shoeburyness, Great Wakering, Hullbridge and Rochford and some surrounding areas.
Our rates vary depending on the type of service you require. However, we offer competitive rates.
Our Cleaning Company Is Open Monday - Friday, 09:00 AM - 18:00 PM.
Yes, we offer a £10 Discount on your next Oven or Carpet Clean, if you leave us a review. We also offer a £10 off of your next Oven or Carpet Clean, if you refer us to a friend or family member. AEP also offer our commercial clients 10% off any oven, carpet or gutter cleaning services for their premises.
Yes, our cleaning company is fully insured in case of any damages or accidents that potentially may occur during our services.
We carry out rigorous bi-weekly inspections by AEP's Manager, which also gives you a chance to speak to us in person, if they wish. Each commercial premises also has a site specific folder, which includes Client/ Cleaner Notes Section where you can leave a note for our cleaner, every clean sign off sheets, alternative weekly sign off sheets, risk assessments, COSHH assessments and Data Sheets, AEP's Health and Safety Policy, Method Statement, accident forms and also a site inspection sheet which AEP's Manager completes on their inspections.
In the unlikely event, you are not satisfied with our work, we will come back and rectify the issue for free. We need to be notified of the issue on the day of the clean and must be within our scope of work.
We understand the importance of ensuring the security of your business, so AEP's Employee's have to have a DBS Check carried out and we also require documents such as their Driving License, Passport etc and Proof of Address as well as other documents.
First of all, we are incredibly careful and treat your possessions with the utmost care and we are also fully insured. In the highly unlikely event that your item is damaged or broken, then we would speak to you immediately. If there are any items which hold sentimental value, are irreplaceable or delicate, then we kindly ask, for any one off services, the item(s) is moved out of the areas we would be working in before we attend.
No, we do not offer domestic weekly/bi-weekly cleaning services. We only offer this service to Commercial Premises.
Yes, we think it's important for you to have the same cleaner every clean, unless your cleaner is on holiday or unwell, then we can arrange for one of our other cleaners to attend
Yes, our cleaners wear AEP uniform.
Yes, we will provide all of the necessary cleaning supplies and PAT tested equipment. We use colour coded cloths, mop heads and mop buckets, so you can be assured there is no cross contamination.
Our cleaners wear cover shoes, over the top of their shoes which are changed for every job.
Yes, we do have a minimum time frame of 2 hours per clean, this is due to the time it takes to travel to each commercial premises. 
We do not offer exterior window cleaning services, we only clean the interior of windows, we do not offer interior window cleaning as a seperate service. 
For Commercial premises, we charge £20 per hour, per cleaner, with all chemicals, PAT tested equipment and colour coded cloths supplied.
For one off cleans on an hourly rate we charge £25.00 per hour, per cleaner.
We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for all cancellations. If you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, you will be charged a fee.
For any new commercial premises, we would arrange a convenient date and time for AEP's Manager to meet with you at the premises, this is to discuss your requirements and establish your preferences, which generally takes around half an hour. We carry out the consultation, in order for you to meet with us in person, as we feel this is important so we can build trust and it also gives you the time to ask any questions you may have and to make sure we understand all your specific requirements, in order for us to provide the best service. Once the site visit has been carried out, we will send a formal quotation to you via email, if you are happy to proceed we can then get our contract emailed over to you via Adobe Sign and once received, we can confirm a start date.
Our services are tailored to your specific needs, we clean from 1 day a week to 7 days a week. The number of days is completely up to you and your requirements.
If your office does not require cleaning on a day that your scheduled in for, then please contact us. as far in advance as possible, so we can ensure we can make any necessary changes and ensure your cleaner is fully aware. For any public holidays, we will be in contact with yourselves to make alternative arrangements.
We can clean at a time specified by you, we are fully flexible in terms of times and days. We accommodate our service around your needs.
Yes, we look after many of our commercial client's keys, which are kept in our key safe at our office, your cleaner collects them before your scheduled clean.
Of course not, most of our commercial clients have an alarm system in place, if you can kindly provide us with any instructions for the alarm and provide us with any codes and/or fob keys, then we can ensure the premises alarm is deactivated on our arrival and activated once we leave the premises if required.
For any oven, carpet, upholstery, gutter, end of tenancy/ pre-move in or deep cleaning services, it is payment upon completion which can be paid by cash, card (5% fee), over the phone (5% fee) or Bank Transfer (BACS). We do not accept cheque payments. For commercial clients we offer monthly payments, our client will receive an invoice each month a week before the due date and it needs to be settled by the 20th of each month.
